In May 2012, The Zamek Group acquired the freehold interest of an asset on Sutherland Avenue. The asset is located within the Maida Vale area, a mile from Paddington Station, and 0.3 miles from Warwick Avenue which is located on the Bakerloo Line.

The asset was made up of 22 apartments, of which 15 were let on AST’s and 7 on regulated tenancies. The Zamek Group sold the majority of the flats individually by the start of 2013. The remaining 6 flats, which were on regulated tenancies, were sold together in January 2016.
