The Zamek Group acquired a block of 68 flats in 2011. The block was in complete disrepair and the Sponsor undertook a complete renovation and refurbishment of the building and has held the building in it’s investment portfolio ever since. The building is prominently located on West End Lane in walking distance to West Hampstead overground station and has been virtually fully occupied for the last ten years.
