In September 2015, The Zamek Group purchased five freehold buildings on Red Lion Square, which is situated within the borders of Bloomsbury and Holborn. The area is one of the few open squares within the Central London area, and being located 0.2 miles from Holborn station and thus the Central and Piccadilly line, the asset is extremely well connected.

The Zamek Group achieved planning permission for an additional flat to be developed in no.13. Having built this and renovated the residential units, the flats in no. 13 were sold and the Group have retained the commercial units within buildings 14 – 17.
